Which Will is right for me?

Standard Will

A Standard Will is typically the right choice if all of the following apply:

✓ No complex family situations (e.g. blended families, stepchildren)
✓ You or your partner do not run a business, SMSF, or family trust
✓ You are comfortable with direct distribution to your beneficiaries

Testamentary Trust Will

A Testamentary Trust Will is recommended if any of the following apply:

✓ Children from a previous relationship or estrangement from family
✓ You or your partner run a business, SMSF, or family trust
✓ Beneficiaries with special needs or inability to manage finances
✓ You want bespoke tax-minimisation and asset protection

Probate fees are exclusive of GST and disbursements including court filing fees.
